Soft Launch Creative provides boutique Shopify website design, creative strategy, and branding-related services for modern businesses and brands.
Services
All services are customized based on the specific needs of each project. Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be discussed and confirmed prior to the start of work.
Soft Launch Creative reserves the right to refuse projects that are not aligned with the studio’s availability, services, or values.
Payments
Project pricing and payment schedules will be outlined before work begins.
Larger projects may require a non-refundable deposit to secure booking and begin project planning or design work.
Final deliverables may not be transferred until final payment has been completed.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within agreed project scope. Additional revisions or significant project changes outside the original scope may require additional fees or timeline adjustments.
Intellectual Property
All original designs, visuals, branding concepts, graphics, and website materials created by Soft Launch Creative remain the intellectual property of Soft Launch Creative until final payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Soft Launch Creative makes reasonable efforts to ensure website content is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times.
